Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Dr Ahmed T. Mora, has launched two new books on pharmacy practice.
The books, The Contributions of Students and Alumni Associations in Promoting Pharmacy Education and Practice in Nigeria and The Lizard Shape Model in Drug Distribution in Nigeria were recently unveiled during a well-attended ceremony held at Arewa House, Kaduna.
The event, which was graced by the Governor of Kaduna State, Dr Mukhtar RamalanYero, who was also the special guest of honour, was equally attended by the BauchiState Commissioner for Special Duties, Engr. Mohammed Dhamina, who represented the Governor of Bauchi State at the event.
Also at the event were the Managing Director of National Eye Centre (NEC), Kaduna, Dr Godwin Adejor, who represented the Minister of Health; the Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji Shehu Idris, who was the royal father of the day and also representing the Sultan of Sokoto; the Executive Director (North West) of Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, Pharm. Steven Shekarho; the Emir of Lere, Kaduna State, Alhaji Abubakar Garba Muhammed; and Professor Nelson Ochekpe, the reviewer of the two books.
