Nigeria Records 239 New Cases of COVID-19, 128 Deaths, Total 4,151

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has just announced 381 new cases of COVID-19 and increase in fatalities from 117 to 128.

With the 239 new cases, Nigeria now has a total of 4,151 cases, 745 recoveries, and 107 deaths.

Making the disclosure via its Twitter handle, the NCDC said: “As at 11:20pm 9th May 2020, there are 4151 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria”.

3-Kaduna

2-Ogun
1-Ekiti

  1. The alarming rate of increase in this statistical figures would definitely call for a month lockdown… I feel there should be some other ways to tackle this issue. When the lockdown was fully on, there was no geometrical increase.
